Corporate Structure

ST Asset Management Ltd (STAM)  is the Manager of GIL. The Manager is a subsidiary of Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited.

ISIS Fund Services Ltd is the Company Secretary of GIL and is based in Bermuda.

GIL has a number of wholly-owned subsidiaries which are all incorporated in the Cayman Islands. These subsidiaries hold the majority of assets within the GIL Group.
