Operating Lease Assets
Operating Lease Assets are assets which are subject to a lease to a third party user, where the lessee has possession of the asset and pays rent to the lessor of the asset for the right to use the asset.
These assets have the potential for both stable cashflows and capital appreciation.
Assets within this category which may present attractive opportunities as accretive acquisitions include, but are not limited to: aircraft, rollingstock, shipping and infrastructure.
